Meet Suzy Frigo

Hello, I’m Suzy Frigo (free-go) I’m a Certified Professional Inspector (#24082616), antique dealer, interior decorator, color consultant, and organizer specializing in blending historical charm with modern living. I am also pursuing a B.F.A. in Interior Architecture.

My approach to home design is rooted in my appreciation for historical architecture and my love for creating spaces that are functional for families. I take pride in bringing a personalized touch to each client's home, recognizing the importance of spaces that one truly loves. My designs seamlessly integrate vintage pieces and elements of historical significance, creating timeless, cozy, and inviting interiors. Whether it’s restoring the elegance of a historical home or adding a touch of cottage charm to a brand new home, I’m committed to creating well-loved spaces that resonate with the essence of history and the warmth of contemporary living.

Alongside my passion for design and architecture, nothing inspires me more than time spent at The Cupid Colonial with my husband and our five boys.

The Cupid Colonial

The Cupid Colonial is my family’s 200-year-old colonial home. Purchased sight unseen, the home got its name because we got the clear to close on Valentine's Day. Upon moving in and beginning renovations, we discovered hearts hidden throughout the property. Under a mature Wisteria, we found a gate shaped like a heart. While pulling out a vanity, a vintage heart-shaped earring lay on the floor. Even the backside of a plank wall revealed a heart drawn by a previous occupant. These serendipitous discoveries have become symbols of the enduring love and warmth that The Cupid Colonial embodies. I like to think of these hearts as signs that, even when the renovation projects feel overwhelming, this home is meant to be… a perfect blend of historical charm and the promise of my family’s memories to be made here.
